What is the Southwest Dodgeball Tournament?
Simply put, the Southwest Dodgeball Tournament may become your favorite annual summer event. It’s your favorite schoolyard game combined with 7″ foam dodgeballs for easy grip and softer impact, good food, good brews, and good company, with all the net proceeds being donated to Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation. This will be an all day event held on Saturday, July 23rd, 2016 and is the brain-child of New Mexico Piñon Coffee. With the goal of raising proceeds for a non-profit organization and creating a fun summertime event for all skill levels, New Mexico Piñon Coffee brings you the Southwest Dodgeball Tournament.
What is the Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation?
All net proceeds of the tournament will benefit Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation, which is a philanthropic organization providing individualized services that bridge the gap for families and children with special needs that enable them to reach their full potential by giving them the same opportunities as children who are typically developing. They strive to assist families with their medical and daily living needs and also offer long-term assistance, education and programs through funding for research scholarships and quality of life programs.
